Beyond its outstanding public policy record, LACECA has devoted time, energy, and resources in support of many other activities, such as:
- Participation in the City’s Latino Heritage Month
- Support of community groups who seek to improve the status of Latinos
- Emergency food and clothing drives
- Voter education and registration drives
- Advocate for National Cesar Chavez Holiday
- Support disadvantaged children with an annual Holiday Toy Drive event
- Scholarship awards to need-based college bound students
